Brand & Media Guidelines

Last Updated: November 30, 2025

Purpose of These Guidelines

These guidelines explain how Zova Media’s branding, visuals, and digital assets should be used—and the rules for any client or partner branding displayed on our website. The goal is consistency, clarity, and respect for everyone’s intellectual property.

Ownership of Brand Assets

All Zova Media brand assets—including logos, visuals, taglines, color palettes, typography, designs, and any original media—are owned by Zova Media.

Client and partner assets shown on our website remain the property of their rightful owners.

Approved Uses of Zova Media Assets

You may only use our brand elements if you receive clear written permission.

Approved uses may include:

  • Press features
  • Portfolio showcases
  • Partnership announcements
  • Required co-branding for sponsored work

Any use outside these situations is prohibited.

Unapproved or Restricted Uses

These uses are not allowed without explicit permission:

  • Altering our logos, colors, or typography
  • Using our assets in misleading or harmful contexts
  • Reproducing our brand for commercial gain
  • Creating lookalike or parody branding that causes confusion

Visual Identity Requirements

To maintain consistency, our brand must be displayed correctly:

  • Only official logo files should be used
  • Maintain proper spacing and proportions
  • Stick to our approved color values and typography
  • Do not add effects, distortions, or edits to our branding

If you need official asset files, you must request them from us directly.

Client & Partner Branding Displayed on Our Website

Any logos, media, or visuals from clients or partners displayed on zovamedia.com are used with permission or within a fair-use business context.

These assets remain the property of their respective owners.

No one may download, reuse, or redistribute client branding from our website without that client’s direct approval.

Portfolio, Case Studies & Media Usage

Zova Media may showcase completed work—including visuals, screenshots, and results—in our portfolio or case studies.

If a client prefers specific elements to remain private, they must notify us in writing and we will honor reasonable requests.

Third-Party Media & Licensing

If any third-party assets (stock photos, licensed graphics, music, etc.) are used on our site, those elements are bound by their original licenses.

Users may not copy or reuse these assets unless they obtain their own license.

Violations of Brand Usage

Improper or unauthorized use of Zova Media’s branding— or any client branding visible on our site — may result in:

  • A request for immediate removal
  • Legal action if necessary
  • Revocation of any previously granted permissions
